Years ago, Jo bought me a book of photography on the National Parks — creating an itch to visit Glacier, which I’m so glad we did. Hikes up through meadows of wildflowers en route to glacial lakes, valleys of burned trees with the shadow of bears behind every boulder, waiting for hours for our perfect moose photo, Moraine Lake and the majesty of Banff and Jasper as viewed through scenic drives and teahouse hikes...this was a special trip.
